Hi there! I’m Edith — also known as Edie to my closest friends.

I grew up in the Bay Area, where it’s ridiculously easy to find a jar of great chili oil or a breakfast fantuan. The inspiration for Edie’s came during a road-trip with a friend. After a few days of car snacks and lackluster protein bars, our tastebuds were about to fall off. Edie’s chocolates are a re-imagination of the flavors I grew up and a medium for sharing my immigrant upbringing.
